Returns & Exchanges

At 4TH ARQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not perfectly happy with your order, you can return items within 21 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Generate Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
